Choose how much thinking each task gets and keep an eye on what it costs.

Hearth offers three levels: quick, balanced and deep. Quick is for small edits and questions. Balanced is the default. Deep is for tricky bugs and large changes.
Seeing the cost
The bar at the bottom of the screen shows the running cost of the session. Run hearth usage to see the last thirty days by project.
Setting a limit
Add a monthly limit to hearth.toml. When you reach 80 per cent Hearth tells you; at 100 per cent it stops and asks.
