Fixed: edits landing in the wrong file
When two files had the same name in different folders, an edit could occasionally be applied to the wrong one. It now uses the full path every time.
This affected projects with several files called index or utils in different folders. The diff on screen showed the right path, but the edit could be applied to a sibling. Nothing was written outside the project, and the next run of your tests would have caught it.
If you saw an unexpected change in 2.1.0 or earlier, update and compare your files against your last commit to be sure.
